Illuminating The Town

Viganella is a small Italian town positioned at the bottom level of the steep Alpine alley close to the Swiss border. Since the mountains to the south block the low winter sun this town doesn't get sunlight for 83 days a year. From November through to February, this town is in long lasting gloom. The mayor of Viganella came up with an impressive mission, to set a huge reflector at the nearby mountain peak as a way to reflect sun rays towards the town.
